InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Hotels & Resorts plans to open three luxury lifestyle hotels on Grace Bay Beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands by 2027.
The three hotels are located adjacent to each other and will fly the banners of InterContinental, Kimpton and Hotel Indigo.
InterContinental Turks & Caicos will be a seven-story beachfront hotel with 59 rooms, a ground-floor restaurant and bar, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a Club InterContinental Lounge.
The 192-room Kimpton Turks & Caicos will offer three outdoor pools, a spa, a fitness center and seven food and beverage outlets, including a beachfront restaurant, a rooftop bar, an ice cream and coffee shop and a ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar.
The 56-room Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos will feature a restaurant, lobby bar and cafe, outdoor pool and fitness room.
The hotels will be the first to open in the Turks and Caicos Islands from all three IHG brands.
