Travel technology solutions company Traveltek has welcomed newcomer Hayley West as its director of supplier relations.

West (pictured) joins the team as global revenue director, with Tracy Sharpe leaving after five years in the role.

According to the company, “Sharp's contributions have been instrumental in the company's success.”

In her new role, West will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships and creating new marketing opportunities to drive growth.

She will also be responsible for expanding Traveltek's supplier relationships and enhancing the company's ability to offer the most comprehensive cruise application programming interface (API) on the market.

The API seamlessly connects users and suppliers, providing real-time access to cruise inventory, pricing and content, enabling travel agencies and operators to efficiently search, book and manage cruise experiences for their customers.

Cressida Sergeant, chief commercial officer at Traveltek, said of the transition: “This is an exciting time for Traveltek as we recognize the power we create in connecting customers and suppliers within the Traveltek ecosystem.

“We see this as the next step in our expansion of marketing opportunities for our suppliers.”
