Luke brings over two decades of distinguished hotel leadership experience to the resort, including renowned pre-opening and luxury operations in the UAE and globally, and his expertise will take the resort’s unparalleled service and guest experience to greater heights .
Originally from Adelaide, Australia, Luke is a highly regarded hotelier with a passion for delivering world-class service. He started his career after earning a bachelor's degree from the Swiss Hotel Institute International Hotel Management and a culinary diploma from Le Cordon Bleu.
Luke's early career included leadership roles at prestigious hotels such as One&Only Hayman Island in Australia, Hyatt Regency Adelaide and Zabeel House Jumeirah Green Hotel in Dubai. His entrepreneurial drive was evident from the start, when he was a key force in establishing three successful restaurants in Adelaide. These ventures helped him sharpen his business acumen and develop a deep understanding of ownership and operational excellence that today's owners value.
Luke most recently served as Regional General Manager for Crystalbrook Collection in Queensland, Australia, where he managed a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels. He was also instrumental in the pre-opening of iconic hotels such as Hyde Dubai and Jumeirah Muscat Bay. At Dubai Head, he achieved record-breaking financial results, including double-digit owner returns in the first year, as well as multiple awards for its F&B outlets.
